South Beach Section 9: Dafodil Terrace Street to the Aquarius Section 9 represents the transition between the mid-rise development pattern north of Magnolia Terrace which represents the southern limit of the original Beach development begun in the 1920's,and the high-rise pattern of development leading south toward Miami Beach.
