North Beach Section 3: Greene Street to Simms Street Major portions of this sector are reserved as natural open space and parkland, interrupted by streets on a block grid which serve to provide metered beach parking and access. This parking is under-utilized during most times of the year. Interspersed within the open spaces are isolated residences and one larger apartment complex.
